SPCM Trio Tesoro coached by Rena Kraut: Luca Tallarini, clarinet; Sarrah Bushara, oboe; Coleman Caron Thompson, piano won the 2014 SPCO Chamber Music Competition, Level B Division, and Best Wind Ensemble and were selected for the showcase round for the 2015 Minnesota Varsity.

Julie Elhard: 2015 Julie Elhard, viola da gamba instructor and Director of the SPCM Renaissance Band, has received an Outreach Grant from Early Music America. The grant will fund additional concerts with the SPCM Renaissance Band and present these concerts to the greater community at schools, festivals and in alternative performance spaces. The goal is to promote more awareness and appreciation of early music, and to draw new audiences and participants to the field.
