The Saint Paul Conservatory of Music is located on the corner of Cedar & Exchange Streets in downtown St Paul. The Conservatory is housed in the historic Exchange Building, and is located on the 5th floor. We are on the same block as the Fitzgerald Theatre.
From the North: take 35E to the 10th street exit. Follow 10th to Cedar and turn left. We are at the corner of Cedar and Exchange Streets. From the East: take 94 west and exit at 12th street. (State Capitol exit). Turn left on Cedar. We are at the corner of Cedar and Exchange Streets.
From the South: take 35E north to the 11th St exit- follow 11th St to Cedar St. Turn R on Cedar St- follow Cedar St south past Wabash St. The Conservatory is located on the right. From the West: take 94 east to the 10th St exit- follow 10th St past St Peters and Wabasha St. Turn R onto Cedar St. The Conservatory is located on the right down one block.
Bus/Light Rail:
We are located one block south of the 10th Street light rail station. The green line light rail stops here as well as bus routes 50, 3, 16, 62, 67, 75, and 262.Parking:
Free parking is available one block away from the Conservatory at the Ramsey County Public Health Lot between Wabasha and Cedar St on 10th St on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday after 4:30 pm and all day Saturday.Metered parking is available on Exchange St, 10th St, Wabasha St and other nearby streets as available. Meters are enforced Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. New multi-space meter pay stations are scheduled to replace many of the existing downtown parking meters. These meters will take quarters, dollar coins or credit or debit cards.

Parking meters will not be enforced on the following days: Sundays, New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day following Thanksgiving, Christmas Day

Free parking is available one block away from the Conservatory at the Ramsey County Public Health Lot between Wabasha and Cedar St on 10th St on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday after 4:30 pm and all day Saturday.

There are also several parking ramps nearby. Parking is available in the 7th Street Ramp —entrances to this ramp are located on both Cedar and Wabasha.
