Individual Instruction
Private Instruction available on the following instruments
The Conservatory offers instruction to all ages that is designed to meet the needs of each student, taking into account the background of the individual, previous experience, and musical goals. Prospective students are interviewed and a careful assessment is made of each student's strengths and skills. Lessons are taught by established and recognized artist-teachers who actively perform in the Twin Cities.
The Conservatory subscribes to a comprehensive approach to musical studies, exposing students to the theoretical and historical aspects of music, as well as the joys of performing. This ultimately provides them with the basis for a lifetime of musical fulfillment. Studying within the context of a conservatory environment enables students to participate in recitals, repertoire classes, and ensemble experiences.
The cost for individual instruction ranges from $29-$33 for a half-hour lesson. Partnered lessons are offered for the discounted rate of $20 to $22 per person for a half-hour lesson. For additional information or to set up an interview, please call the Conservatory at 651-224-2205 or email info@thespcm.org.
