Alan Hawkins grew up in the Twin Cities and loves music. He started playing the guitar at the age of 6 and also plays the bass guitar. Alan is also a composer and lyricist. He enjoys writing many kinds of songs and finds inspiration from different life experiences. Alan was a former student of the conservatory for 6 years and then joined the staff in 2015.
